CEYLON GRAPHITE: What's new?

In terms of the share price, not much yet; we are only in the introductory phase. In the company itself, however, activities are running at full speed. The designated CEO, D. Baxter, is pushing the transition of a producer of unprocessed crystalline ore gangue graphite to a potential downstream "mine-to-battery" reusable graphite producer. CEYLON GRAPHITE is thus focusing on much higher value products. Coated, spherical, battery-grade graphite (CSBG) costs between USD 8,000 and USD 12,000 per ton, while standard, unprocessed ore-grade graphite can only sell for about USD 2,000 per ton. CEYLON expects to sign several binding supply contracts with commercial end users of lithium-ion batteries in the near future. Test results from February 2022 show that CEYLON GRAPHITE's silicon enriched vein graphite significantly increases the specific discharge capacity. This is almost three times higher compared to the industry standard. These reports have also attracted the attention of several OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers).

The company has ten current mining projects, each of which, is expected to be competitive. With no milling and no expensive milling or overburden management required, the lower prime costs will also result in robust margins. CEYLON also anticipates that resources can be increased at any time once further development work is completed. Both the K1 and M1 projects are expected to produce graphite in Q32022. Incidentally, the environmental profile is also excellent; the carbon footprint is minimal and the sustainability profile (ESG criteria) is leading. At the beginning of 2022, the environmental protection license was extended by three years by the central environmental authority. Due to the domicile, the share is only suitable for risk-tolerant investors. Target price: CAD 0.85!
