VINCORION: The Highest Level of Technical Precision!

VINCORION, a medium-sized company, provides mission-critical energy and mechatronics solutions for defense and civilian applications worldwide. It is one of the leading developers and manufacturers in this field. The “Service” division also generates stable revenue. The company serves the core segments of “Vehicle Systems,” “Power Systems,” and “Aviation.” Specifically, the company supplies key components for platforms such as the Leopard 2, Puma, etc., as well as for aircraft and helicopters. These precision-engineered products are thus used in military vehicles, air defense systems, and by civilian emergency and rescue services. VINCORION states: “Our mission is to equip emergency and rescue personnel with reliable, resilient, and sustainable solutions, and in addition to technological excellence, we are committed to acting responsibly… because everyone deserves a safe life!

In short, given its quality standards, this can be considered a good investment. This is further supported by the preliminary figures published on July 10; the final figures will be released on August 13. Consolidated revenue rose by a “remarkable” +42.4% to EUR 150.2 million. At the same time, the Executive Board confirmed the positive full-year forecast for 2026, with consolidated revenue expected to range from EUR 280 million to EUR 320 million, as well as an EBIT margin between 18% and 19%. Unfortunately, the stock is “swings” back and forth; at one point it was at EUR 15.30, then back up to EUR 23.90. Crazy! At the moment, there’s pressure again because NATO Secretary General Rutte stated that defense contractors’ delivery capabilities would be put to the test, given the massive increase in defense spending in many places. Basically, we don’t like this “sabre-rattling” at all! But it is what it is. A lot of money is currently flowing into air defense systems, from which VINCORION will continue to benefit significantly. In light of this, the private bank Berenberg raised its price target to EUR 27. We’re sticking with EUR 24, which still offers plenty of room to grow!
