PARTNERS GROUP: High potential, with dividend!

The Swiss private market specialist PARTNERS GROUP presented its annual results for 2025 and held an investor day. The group, which specializes in private market investments, continued to grow last year and significantly increased its profit! Compared to the previous year, income increased by +20% to CHF 2.6 billion. Operating profit at EBITDA level rose to CHF 1.6 billion (+19%) and the bottom line was a net profit of CHF 1.3 billion (+12%). The company made a tidy profit in 2025 with the successful sale of investments. Performance-related income contributed +32% to total income, compared with +24% in the previous year. In absolute terms, they rose by +60% to CHF 819 million. Management fees amounted to CHF 1.7 billion (+7%). Shareholders can now look forward to an almost +10% higher dividend of CHF 46 per share; at a price ofCHF 800, this correspondsto a dividend yield of a high 5.8%! The ex-dividend date last year was 23.05.2025.

Meanwhile, PARTNERS GROUP waved off fears of AI upheaval. CEO Layton said: "PARTNERS GROUP is not strongly affected by this. Exposure in both the private credit and software sectors is very low in terms of assets. The corresponding exposure has been deliberately reduced. Even if there were to be a total market collapse, the effect on PARTNERS GROUP would be minimal. Rather, the investments held in this area should benefit from the tailwind provided by AI developments," the CEO continued.
